We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. However, if the item purchased is defective, we encourage you to contact us back within 2 hours of the delivery of your order.
There will be no Exchange on any defective item, however, we are committed to giving you a full refund on a defective product, if deemed justified.

Upon your request, we will fully investigate it and notify you via e-mail or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or not as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
